What began as a favour for neighbours has evolved into one of Queensland's most respected pet care facilities. Our founder, Emma Richardson, spent fifteen years working alongside veterinarians before realising that preventive care and daily wellness were just as crucial as medical treatment.
She opened the first glossy-comet location in 2012 with a simple philosophy: treat every animal as if they were your own. That principle remains at the heart of everything we do today.
