We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for grooming and training services. Daycare slots fill quickly, so a week's notice is ideal. Boarding should be arranged as early as possible, especially during school holidays.
Please bring proof of up-to-date vaccinations, any medications with instructions, and your pet's favourite toy or blanket if it helps them feel secure. A completed intake form (emailed after booking) speeds up check-in.
Absolutely. For boarding guests, you can provide your own food or we stock a range of premium brands. Let us know any allergies or sensitivities and we will ensure your pet's meals are handled with care.
We require 24 hours notice for grooming and training cancellations. Boarding cancellations need 72 hours notice for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover held capacity.
