Use of Services
Our pet care services are provided subject to the following conditions:
- You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet(s)
- You must ensure your pet's vaccinations are current and provide proof upon request
- You are responsible for disclosing any known health conditions, behavioural issues, or special needs your pet may have
- You must collect your pet at the agreed-upon time or notify us of any delays
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
Booking and Cancellation
When you book a service with glossy-comet, you agree to the following:
- Grooming and training appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellation without charge
- Boarding reservations require 72 hours notice for cancellation without charge
- Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet for safety or health reasons
Health and Safety Requirements
For the safety of all animals in our care:
- All dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella vaccinations
- All cats must be current on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations
- Pets showing signs of illness may not be accepted and should see a veterinarian
- Pets with fleas, ticks, or other parasites will receive treatment at the owner's expense
- Aggressive animals may be refused service or require additional handling fees
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet:
- We are not liable for any injury, illness, or death that may occur to your pet while in our care, except where caused by our negligence
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions that may worsen during your pet's stay
- We are not liable for damage to or loss of any personal items left with your pet
- In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you and your designated emergency contact. If unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet, and you will be responsible for all associated costs

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

You agree not to:
